I like your renders and your animation as well. As you pointed out yourself you do have some noise in the renders but besides that they are well lit. As for the animation i would suggest that you went a bit easier in the turns, they are a bit fast. With that said when animating try to showcase your most valuable/interesting rooms instead of trying to rush through all of the spaces.
